About the AuthorChristina Carr was born and raised in South Africa. Before embarking on her writing career Christina graduated as a nurse in 1991 and worked in Pretoria until 2001, when she moved to Dublin, Ireland. As her father was a miner, the family moved home a lot. This enabled Christina adapt to different environments and developed her desire for discovery and exploration.
