Oliver Jr.The writing initially starts out a little weak but then the story comes together and so does the quality of the written word. This was my first by this author but it won't be my last.0 of 0 people found the following review helpful. Fast moving. Interesting plot linesBy Bonnieblue41Steve Hamilton continues using Alex McKnight and northern Michigan as major characters in Misery Bay. I like and respect both and wait eagerly for each next installment. The plot was was intriguing and internally consistent, although the development of the actual murderer's motivation, while an interesting plot twist, was not merely a surprise, it seem d somewhat contrived. Regardless it was a fun fast read. Keep em coming.0 of 0 people found the following review helpful. Good bookBy jan kuntzI enjoyed this book very much.
