As usual, Tommy seems to live a constant death defying adventure being blown up, tortured, escaping gunfire and managing to save the day.I enjoy reading the adventures of Americas greatest reformed jewel thief now working for the CIA. This book has got to be his greatest adventure, until I read the next Jake Grafton-Tommy Carmelleni adventure. A plethora of characters who are continually inserted into the story destroying any cohesion and resulting in confusion. The reader constantly asks, "Who is this character?" The conclusion which should be exciting is diminished by repeated jumps to different subplots. The reader never gets a feel for the main character, Carmellini, who bounces in and out of the story.
