An enjoyable read with plenty of suspenseBy mtgoldTony Hillerman is an author well versed in western American Indian culture and best known for his series involving two Navajo tribal policemen, Joe Leaphorn and Jim Chee. This book is not a part of the Navajo series. Rather, it is an early, pre-Chee and Leaphorn Hillerman novel that takes you back to the days of teletype and reporter's notebooks. The Fly on the Wall involves corruption and politics and the reporter John Cotton who tries to uncover it.
